Deposit and Refund Policy

All international tours require a $500 per person deposit at time of registration for the tour.  Balance is due no later than 30 days before the trip is scheduled.  Any cancellations prior to 90 days before the tour date will receive a full refund of deposit (and tour price if already paid).  After 90 days before the tour, there is no refund of deposit or full tour payment.  We strongly recommend purchasing Trip Insurance to cover any losses arising from cancellations later than 90 days before the tour.  Please see a Trip Insurance option here:  Trip Insurance Information

All New Mexico tours (except 4 hour trips) require a $50 per person deposit.  No refunds will be given on this deposit unless the tour is canceled due to weather.
